1. AGREEMENT & SERVICES
By engaging D.L. Wilson Development LLC ("Agency", "we") for digital marketing services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. All services will be detailed in a formal Statement of Work (SOW), which will outline the scope, deliverables, timelines, and objectives.
2. DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICE CONDITIONS
The Agency will perform services with professional skill. The Client understands that digital marketing is dynamic and that specific outcomes (e.g., #1 search ranking) cannot be guaranteed. Our focus is on implementing proven strategies to achieve business objectives.
3. TIMELINES & PAYMENT TERMS
All timelines are good-faith estimates. The Agency is not liable for delays caused by the Client. Fees will be detailed in the SOW. Payments for recurring services are due in advance of the service period. All payments are non-refundable.
4. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Services are provided "as is". In no event shall D.L. Wilson Development LLC be liable for any lost profits or indirect, consequential, or special damages. The total liability of the Agency for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client to the Agency in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
